Three ways to start a block
Whichever you pick, you land in the same place: a real per-day exercise plan, ready to log against.
Pick your days per week and build every exercise yourself, from a 1,300+ exercise library.
Four hand-built powerlifting archetypes: all-round, squat emphasis, bench emphasis, deadlift emphasis. Each is adjustable from 2 to 6 days a week.
Answer a few questions: your main goal, available equipment, and any weak points. LiftNlog then builds a full plan, with real accessories, rep ranges, progression methods, and swap-in alternates, tapered toward that goal.
How it works in practice
LiftNlog prescribes session one: target weights, sets, reps, and a target RPE for the working sets.
Weight, reps, the RPE you hit, and a technique rating for every set.
LiftNlog compares your logged RPE with the target for that set. Your estimated 1RM (e1RM) for the lift moves with it.
Top set, back-off weights, and accessory volume all move from that new e1RM.
The block tracks your e1RM trend, a current estimate of your max that moves with logged performance, not with a number you tested months ago.
